Reverend Samuel W. Hairston, IV celebrates over 35 years in ministry and has worked in almost every capacity of the Church. He has traveled across the country preaching the Word of God in an innovative manner that empowers people to change. He teaches practical application principles with the purpose of empowering people to live the good life now. He’s known for his ability to effectively train church leaders and to stimulate holistic growth and development.
A devoted father of two magnificent children, Rev. Hairston strives for ministry excellence and a balanced lifestyle that enables him to serve his family, church and community with love and devotion.
With a deep passion and love for people, Rev. Hairston is currently the Senior Minister at Better Living Kingdom Ministries in Washington, D.C., a thriving congregation whose mission is pointing people to the abundance within. BLKM is a positive, practical, progressive approach to New Thought Christianity based on the teachings of Jesus and the power of prayer. BLKM honors the universal truths in all religions and respects everyone’s right to choose a spiritual path. BLKM welcomes all people regardless of age, race, color, religion or sexual orientation.

BLC is a creative enterprise that provides transformative, practical and resourceful guidance and support to individuals wanting to experience a more purposeful and fulfilling life. BLC offers a safe and confidential space to discuss individual desires and needs that help clients to overcome progress-inhibiting challenges and obstacles and navigate through the crossroads in life.
