Light of Truth Center with a grant from OOCC presents Peer Recovery Workforce Enhancement Project
LTC’s Peer Recovery Housing Specialist Workforce Enhancement Project will address the need to enhance and increase current peer workforce competencies.
LTC will provide a systematic approach to further develop and enhance peer service training, including hands-on training to meet the required service hours for those seeking certification.
LTC will provide onsite opportunities to learn and understand the required documentation. Peers will be taught when and how to write a clear and concise incident report and other relevant documentation.
LTC will provide opportunities for Peer Recovery Housing Specialists. Funding for this project will allow
LTC to provide training, mentoring, on-site training, and competency development to prepare peers and organizations for the integration of Peer Recovery Housing Specialists.
